Awaledger is a financial management platform that helps small businesses record income and expenses, upload receipts, import transaction data, view dashboards, generate reports, receive insights, and understand their business records.

Awaledger is not a bank, lender, tax authority, accounting firm, law firm, investment adviser, or financial adviser.

You may use Awaledger if you can legally enter into an agreement and use the platform for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and your use of Awaledger complies with applicable laws.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• Providing accurate account and business information
• Reviewing information before saving it
• Not sharing your account with unauthorised people
• Not using Awaledger for illegal, harmful, or misleading activities

Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You own the business records, receipts, documents, and information you upload or enter into Awaledger.

By using Awaledger, you give us permission to process your data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, upload, confirm, or use.

Awaledger may use OCR, AI, or automated tools to extract information, classify transactions, suggest categories, create summaries, or provide business insights.

These features assist you, but they may make mistakes or produce incomplete results.

Review and confirm any extracted, suggested, or generated information before relying on it.

Awaledger may provide reports, dashboards, insights, product-costing calculations, and pricing suggestions.

These outputs are guides only. They are not professional accounting, legal, tax, lending, investment, or financial advice.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, pricing decisions, records, tax filings, and financial actions.

Awaledger aims to help businesses improve record-keeping and financial visibility, but we do not guarantee:

• Business profit or revenue growth
• Tax accuracy
• Loan or investor approval
• Error-free AI output
• Continuous availability of the platform
• Any specific business outcome

You must not use Awaledger to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Upload false, harmful, illegal, or infringing content
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with the platform's security or operation
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse Awaledger's software
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Commit fraud or misrepresentation

If we introduce paid plans, we will display pricing, billing terms, renewal rules, cancellations, and refund policies before payment.

We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users of material changes.

Some Awaledger features may be released as pilot, beta, or early-access features. They may change, break, be removed, or require more review. We may collect feedback to improve them.

Awaledger's name, logo, design, software, content, and product features belong to Awaledger or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute Awaledger materials without permission.

Awaledger may rely on third-party services for hosting, email, uploads, analytics, AI, OCR, payment processing, or other functions. We are not responsible for services outside our control, but we take reasonable steps to choose reliable providers.

We aim to keep Awaledger available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet problems, security events, or third-party service failures.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
• You misuse the platform
• We are required to do so by law
• The service is discontinued

You may stop using Awaledger at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awaledger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profit, business interruption, data loss, or financial loss arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users through the platform or by email.

Continued use of Awaledger after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
